Semi-Permanent Eyebrows

So you want, need, and must have fuller eyebrows and have decided to take the plunge with a more permanent solution than the daily routine of drawing and filling in your eyebrows, but there are so many techniques available – Tattooing, Microblading, Nonoblading, and now Powdering – How do you know which technique is the right one for you?

$200 non-refundable booking fee is required to hold any appointment for microblading, and Repairs/Touch-Ups for non-Spa by Nikki created brows. This fee is then applied towards the microblading service total.

Touch-up appointments that are not rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, will be charged a $200.00 No-Show fee that must be paid prior to booking the next Touch-up appointment.

All services are conducted with surgical stainless-steel blades in a hyper clean environment.

New Clients must book and participate in a Consultation Appointment before booking a Microblade Service.

    $30
    We cover what to expect, what your brows will look like, which technique is best (micro/nano/powder), and answer any questions you may have. The Consultation Fee is applied towards the microblading service total.

  • Microblade or Powder Brow (no eyebrow hair)
    $750
    This is for someone with very little or no eyebrow hair at all. We will be creating a brow from scratch that will frame your face! You will receive 2 touch ups with this service. Additional touch ups are available upon request for an additional fee (see additional touch up service below).
    Approx. 3 hours
  • Microblade or Powder Brow (sparse brow hair)
    $595
    This will fill in brows that are sparse. We will fill the gaps with hair strokes for a natural filled in brow. You will receive 1 touch up with this service. Additional touch ups are available upon request for an additional fee (see additional touch up service below).
    Approx. 2 hours
  • Additional Touch-up Service
    $150
    This Service is for Microbladed, Nanobladed, or Powder Brows and may only be provided within 60 days of your last touch up. This is for adding an additional color or to make any additional changes you may want or need.
    Approx. 1 hour
  • 18 Month Maintenance Service
    $375
    This service is available within 2 years of your initial visit. The maintenance service will ensure your microbladed, nanobladed, or powder brows keep the shape, color, and precision that you want (for existing semi-permanent brow clients only).

  • Repairs and Touch-ups for non-Spa by Nikki services
    $TBD
    We also do repairs and touch-ups for brows microbladed and tattooed brows, or permanent makeup applied by other salons. Send me a picture of your brows and I will provide you a quote (often discounted off my normal rates).

Tattooing is done with a single needle machine with results that look flat and appear to be painted on, so it is not a service I offer as I feel there are better alternatives.

As an eyebrow specialist, I am always learning the latest techniques for brows that create a natural looking eyebrow that requires minimal maintenance and upkeep.

With the introduction of Nano brow shaping and Powder Brow, I have added both of these to my brow services. Nano as an enhancement to Microblading and Powder Brow as an alternate to both. Confused? Let me explain:

During your consultation, we will review whether you are looking for brows that have the look of actual hairs (micro and nano), or a softer makeup look (powder).

We will also discuss any conditions you have that would prevent you from having microblading, and in the case of aging or oily skin, powder brows are often the way to go.

The majority of clients that I see are candidates for Semi-Permanent Makeup. If they are looking for a natural “hair” look, then Microblading and Nanoblading are the way to go. I always recommend starting with the Microblading technique.

Microblading uses a handheld tool with ultra-fine flexible needles that scratch the skin while inserting an organic vegan pigment. Each “scratch” appears as a hair stroke and is done one stroke at a time. This service will last for approximately a year and a half. Almost everyone is happy with this approach and come back for annual maintenance. For some, there is the desire/want for higher definition and longer lasting brows.

This is where Nano brows come into play. The Nano brow method uses ultra-sharp tiny needles in a digital machine. With this device you can achieve more accuracy with a more natural, precise look. The healing time is faster, and it lasts for two and a half years. I offer Nano brows as an upgrade to my Microbladed clients as an alternative to their annual maintenance and as an option for those wanting additional touch-ups. Nano brow service is not offered as a stand-alone service – it is only a Microblade upgrade.

For those clients that prefer a more defined brow, Powder Brows are the way to to. Powder Brows look like a brow that has been perfectly filled in with “powder” and is designed to look like you took your time to fill in your brows. They will look like this day in and day out, without all the effort. 

Also, if you have oily or acne-prone skin, Powder Brows are recommended. With oily skin, the Microbladed “hair strokes” tend to look feathered instead of crisp hairs. Powder Brows remove this concern.

Whether you choose standard Microblading, Microblading with the Nano Brow upgrade, or Powder Brows you are going to be absolutely thrilled with the results. You will leave with perfectly shaped brows, without all the day-to-day maintenance.
